Calming Calendula

Calendula officinalis has been used for damaging skin for ages. Calendula has a wide spectrum of effects: anti-inflammatory, anti-microbial, anti-fungi, anti-viral, soothes swellings and it's an immunostimulant and an astringent. Besides, it's gentle enough to be used even on the most gentle and sensitive skin. Active compounds in calendula are flavonoids, essential oil, triterpenes, carotenoids, vitamins, and saponins.

Lavender Essential Oil

It's an active aromatherapeutic ingredient. We produce this oil by ourselves, from the true lavender flowers - the Lavandula angustifolia sort. It's the most common oil in aromatherapy. Research has shown that more than 160 ingredients can be found in this oil, which synergetically act on different receptors in our body. The known effects of this oil are that it helps with relaxation, anxiety, depression, insomnia, allergies, eczema, menstrual cycle cramps and unwell feeling. Besides, it works anti-inflammatory, anti-septic, anti-fungi, and anti-bacterial.  It is considered to be one of the safest essential oil, that's why it can also be used on sensitive skin.

Vitamin E

Natural vitamin E (Tocopherol) is an antioxidant. It prevents oils and butters from getting rancid. What's more, it protects skin from free radicals. The vitamin E in the product is of natural origin, from plants (not GSO) and it is not the synthetically made Tocopherol acetate.
