The product contains butters and waxes that can soften at a higher temperature (more than 60 °C). If this happens, wait for the product to become solid again before use.

Butters are common to crystalize because of the change in temperature, which can be felt as small grains in the lip balm. The product does not lose its quality if this happens, as this is only a physical change.
